Satisfying plan of "Crab Kamakura" and "Tajima Beef Teppanyaki"! The Tajima beef used at our ryokan is the genuine Tajima beef that was born and raised in Tajima. Compared to other beef, the umami and fat of the meat are outstanding! It is a rare item that can only be eaten locally.
